Okay, been talking with fellow friends and Sensitive’s. What I thought was my own wacky symptoms seems to match everyone else’s. I’ve been flipping out over Foxy, our red dog’s health. She’s older and has been affected by the energies, her age and now the heat we’ve been having. Lots of changes happening. So, here’s some symptoms I have noticed that have occurred from this new wave of energy that has come in (especially experienced by the Empaths of the world).

  1. old stuff coming up — in your face like never before. Thoughts of “haven’t I already dealt with this already?”
  2. fatigue! Tired, tired, tired. Wanting to hole up somewhere and make life simpler.
  3. High emotions
  4. Not able to think straight
  5. doubting your guidance (ooh, big one for me lately)
  6. lots of low level spirits lending advice (the veil is slimmer now! You know if it’s low-level advice or just well-meaning dead relatives when instead of feeling a Yes inside you cringe a bit and think, that’s not right.
  7. nightmares or wacky dreams or very lucid dreams
  8. visions if you are clairvoyant
  9. ear ringing (spirits or Guides nearby)
  10. dreams of sorting through clothes or stuff and deciding what to keep
  11. headaches — lots of energy coming through and in
  12. new ideas coming in that you never even considered

I also want to note that many of our animals are feeling the same stuff! Best advice I’ve found is to call in all your Angels and Guides and ask for help and upliftment (is that a word?) I did this last night and had the best dreams and my mood shifted.

Deep cleansing & energies now

The energies are pretty wacky right now. I wake up in the middle of the night many times after deep processing and heavy emotion dreams. My head has been aching and there’s been a ton of downloads of energy. My friends are mirroring the same thing. Most are going through the remains of big issues they have held onto for a great while. Now is the time. It is as if we all decided we would do this work to finally rid ourselves.

I am still learning duck energy, and it is still hard to remain neutral with my daughter who is unknowingly pushing all my sister childhood issues right now. But, I always notice, stuff comes up when you are ready to heal and clear. When the issues are on the surface they are ready to go.

On the good note, I am so enjoying my students right now, and I am preparing to teach a college art course of more students. I am also finding that when I have clarity things flow to me. It’s the getting to that clarity that can be a little daunting.

Must go, Emma Lou is eating something she shouldn’t, again.

Earth Energies Now–checking in

Empathically it feels like the energies are still, calm, quiet. Perhaps this is desperately needed after experiencing such strong energies in the last few months that have done a number on most of us! I’ve been having many dreams in the astral of choosing and picking what I want, often in the subject of shopping! I think we are preparing for what is next and we have a choice what that will entail. My Guides tell me to take the time out to decide which direction to go in, and always, the message is to go where there is the most energy for you. I find lately, when I pursue my “head” ideas only, I am bored, lifeless and even annoyed. Yet, the heart ideas peek through–experimenting and playing with color, writing, making books, playing. Those are the ideas I need to follow. I am very impatient by nature, so of course, I want to know what is next RIGHT NOW. It feels like the energies will pick up by the end of the month, going into February. Lots of forward movement and excitement. Right now there’s the lull–the preparing.

The essence of choice right now? Yucca for focus and for following your purpose or path.

Once again my Guides seem to be in alignment with What’s Up On Planet Earth’s Karen’s guides. I think they may be in kahoots with each other. Last night had another download and woke up and wrote down two words “community and committee.” The funny part was I was trying to figure out how to write committee. Was it two e’s? Anyhow, I dreamt very clearly I was in a classroom teaching and have gotten numerous messages that my next big focus (besides creating madly, of course) was teaching.

When I checked in last night with my Guides the message was clear to work on centering. I was being “reborn,” and now the challenge was to get back into MY center, not always easy for a sensitive empath. Everyone is dealing with their stuff right now, so it is now always easy to detach and not get caught up, is it? I am heavily relying on my Salvia potion for this.

I found yesterday, if I let my soul take the reigns, I was going in the direction that pleased me. I felt such a strong force pulling me along yesterday. I was doing things I normally would not do and I could hear the old voices in protest. Out to lunch I went and treated myself to a sandwich. I made crafts and projects that may not have had much direction but were fun (process, not product, is it possible?)! I was feeling like a different person–the person I used to be, long ago reemerging. I could hear the old voices saying I was being naughty and irresponsible having so much fun! At that point, the voices only felt mean and incorrect.

When the messages come up that say the feminine is coming back in, I do believe it is more of the “being” part that many of us lost. It is the soft voice that tells us we are doing all right, we are enough, and to comfort ourselves. We need to embrace this voice! If only because it feels so darn good, doesn’t it? And although many of us have not been taught this but, we are meant to feel good!

Spirit Message on Earth energies now

My friends and I seem to all be having a tough time of it lately emotionally. So much stirring up, and so much core stuff being jiggled to the top, so I went into meditation and asked my helpers what was happening! Here’s the message I received (this is what came out verbatim. Please ignore the grammar errors!)

“Restructuring happening with everything. What you are feeling–crashing down of defenses–an influx of energy coming in to clear and cleanse, put into place, to restore order. But first there is a release. In all healing there is a release of old and what is not working or damaged. This can be dramatic.

 Establish a middle, a center, a safe place within, among the “ruin.”

The empaths are feeling it the most–seeing restructuring on many levels, feeling others’ releases. Tremendous change is being experience on all levels for everyone.

For each person there will be a different direction given (on what to do to feel peace again). An inner voice telling you what needs to be done to restore your own inner order. That is the greater purpose–to reconnect to that inner, wise voice.”
