Get off the rollercoaster!

Everyone I know is going through so much stuff! It’s like all the crap we haven’t dealt with is happening now, or there’s health issues, or relative health issues. Then there’s the earthquakes, the tornados, etc. We are all changing so much, so fast. Let’s just say a prayer for all of us! Now I see why my Guides gave the message of asking for easy but steady change! And remember, there’s always help available. We forget that so much.
