…that means I might need a day or two to hole up in my cave just to feel my own space or to process my day. It’s especially true when I am processing strong emotions or feelings.
…that means I enjoy my own company.
…that means I overload easily from too much people interaction, noise and activity.
…that means you can give me a pad of paper and some pens and markers and I’m happy for most the day.
…that means I am not trying to be mean when I go back into my cave and need cave time. It’s how I recharge.
…that means I don’t always like talking on the phone and long conversations can be draining.
…that means my physical space is very important to me and I don’t like to be intruded upon. Caves are sacred.
…that means I would hate a whole day filled with non-stop people. I’d feel like I was being swallowed up hole.
…that means I am just a little different then some people and need to be understood.
…that means I do relate the best with other introverts.
Yes, at heart, I am an introvert.
Thank you so much for that! That is ME! I plan to share this with my friends and family in hopes they will read it and get me now – I am not weird and I never have been.

I am too an introvert. That is good because I am happy with myself! I also have a crush on my animals. What great lessons of unconditional love they teach us!
